The Story

FLOUR AND FOLD

After creating 3 bespoke Wedding cakes for my Brother-in-Laws wedding in the summer of 2019, friends and family kept asking for more baked goods.... And so Flour and Fold was born!


Jess started off in South East London, and then relocated to Faringdon in early 2020. Now based in Oxfordshire, Jess is committed to using local produce to carry on serving up delicious goodies to all of her customers, no matter what the occasion. Each cake, and every biscuit are designed to meet your individual requirements. No idea is too crazy! Whether you’re looking for a wedding showpiece, a special birthday treat or something to bring home and share with the family, Jess can create just the thing for you.

With Coronavirus hitting, Jess decided to branch out from home deliveries and expand to nationwide delivery with postal brownie boxes. At the end of Summer 2021 after a very busy wedding season, Jess was privileged to win a Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Food for her original triple chocolate brownie. Flour and Fold holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate, and is registered with the South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils as a food premises. Flour and Fold holds a 5*  with the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) inspection.
