It all starts with you filling in my quote form.  This enables me to get a feel for the sort of cake you're after, and if we could work well together to design your dream cake. I'll ask to see your mood boards, and any images you have saved in the past to get a real understanding.

Once we've discussed a rough design, I'll be able to give you an estimated price. After this, you are welcome to secure your date with a £100 non-refundable deposit. I recommend enquiring 12-18 months before your date, as I do get booked up quickly. I'll always try and accomodate shorter notice dates where I can but this can't be guaranteed.

Twice a year (typically March/November) I offer taster boxes for both local collection or UK wide postal. You get to pick 6 delicious flavours from my menu to taste in the comfort of your own home. These boxes are chargeable, however if you'd paid your date deposit they are available at reduced rate.

After you've decided on your flavours, we get to work finalising the design for your wedding cake. This is typically done 6 months prior, as I find that whilst planning your wedding, your style and themes can change throughout the process and I want you to have the best possible design that ties in with your day. We'll do this via email, or in a scheduled message chat. At this time, we'll also discuss any extras, such as cake stand hire and any additional dietary items.

Once you're in love with your design, I'll send over the final invoice, which has to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your wedding. Full t&cs can be found here.

Due to the nature of wedding cakes, all delivery and set up is undertaken by myself. On the rare occasion I have more than one wedding booked, this will have been discussed with you upon booking to make sure that logistics work out - or I would draft in another pair of expert hands to ensure your cake is delivered and set up beautifully. I'll liase with your wedding co-ordinator and your florist (if necessary) so that you don't have to worry about a thing, and your beautiful cake will be waiting for you when you've said "I do".
